To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
Certain items, such as perishable goods, personal care items, and health products, are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

4. Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping fees. For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

Items purchased on final sale or with a discount code.
Perishable or opened personal care items.
Products that show signs of use, wear, or damage not due to our error.
6. Exchanges
